超临界CO2流体提取法提取川楝子中的川楝素

     

摘要

[Objective] To select the optimal extraction conditions of toosendanin from FRUCTUS TOOSENDAN by supercritical CO2. [ Method ] With ethanol as solvent, the effects of ethanol concentration, soaking time, extraction pressure and extraction time on the extraction rate of toosendanin were observed by single factor test, and then the optimal extraction conditions were selected by orthogonal experiment. [ Result] The optimal extraction conditions were; 45 ℃ of temperature, 30 Mpa of pressure, extraction for 4 h, and 65 mesh size raw materials, under these conditions, the extraction rate of toosendanin was 0. 522%. [ Conclusion ] The method selected the optimal conditions for extracting insecticidal toosendanin from FRUCTUS TOOSENDAN, which provided theoretical basis for the extraction and utilization of FRUCTUS TOOSENDAN.%[目的]优选超临界CO2流体提取法提取川楝子中的川楝素的最佳提取工艺条件.[方法]以乙醇为提取剂,采用单因素试验考察了乙醇浓度、浸泡时间、提取压力和提取时间等参数对川楝素提取率的影响,并采用正交试验优选出最佳提取工艺条件.[结果]优选出的最佳提取工艺条件为:温度为45C、压力为30 MPa、时间为4h、原料粒径为24目,夹带剂为浓度75%乙醇;在此条件下,川楝素的提取率为0.522%.[结论]该方法筛选出了川楝子中的川楝素的最佳提取工艺条件,为川楝子的提取利用提供了理论依据.
