河北省美国白蛾种群的遗传分化

     

摘要

[Objective] The was to reveal genetic differentiation and gene flow of fall webworm (Hyphantria cunea) populations in Hebei Province and then analyze the forming reason and influencing factors of its genetic structure. [ Method ] Genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of three populations of fall webworm like Cangzhou population, Shijiazhuang population and Qinhuangdao population in Hebei Province were investigated by using micro-satellite technology. [Result] The three populations of fall webworm in Hebei Province showed relatively high genetic diversity and significant genetic differentiations. The formation of present genetic structure of fall webworm was related to its life history characteristics, invasion ecology characteristics and population developmental stages. [ Conclusion ] The research provides theoretical basis for effective control of invasive fall webworm.%[目的]揭示美国白蛾种群在河北省的遗传分化程度和基因流,并据此分析其遗传结构的形成原因及其影响因素.[方法]利用微卫星技术对河北省美国白蛾的3个地理种群(沧州种群、石家庄种群、秦皇岛种群)进行了遗传多样性和遗传分化分析.[结果]美国白蛾3个种群的遗传多样性具有明显差异,不同种群间遗传分化显著;美国白蛾现有遗传结构的形成与其生活史特性、入侵生态学特性以及种群发育阶段有关.[结论]为有效防治入侵美国白蛾提供了理论依据.
