微波密闭消解ICP-AES法测定宁夏枸杞中矿物元素

         

摘要

[ Objective] To determine the content of mineral elements in Lycium barbarum L. From Ningxia. [ Methods] Taking HNO3-H2O2 as the acids system,the sample was digested by sealed microwave digestion system. Inorganic elements in L barbarum from Ningxia,including K, Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn,Pb and Cr.were also detected. Based on the test on recovery rate, the reliability of data was verified. [ Results] Compared with standard deviation, this method was 5% lower. The recovery rate was between 94.40% and 107.00% . The high accuracy indicated that the data was reliable. [ Conclusion] This method was rapid,simple,accurate and could satisfied the sample examination request with more elements together, which provided a scientific method for the research on mineral content and products quality of L. Barbarum.%[目的]测定宁夏枸杞中矿物元素的含量.[方法]选择HNO3-H2O2作为枸杞样品消化的酸溶体系,利用微波密闭消解系统对样品进行消解,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对宁夏枸杞中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Pb和Cr 10种无机元素进行同时检测;通过加样回收率试验,验证分析数据的可靠性.[结果]该方法的相对标准偏差均低于5%;回收率在94.40%~ 107.00%之间,准确度和精密度良好,分析教据可靠.[结论]该方法快速,简单,精确,可满足枸杞样品中多元素同时分析检测的要求,为研究枸杞中矿物质元素含量及其产品品质提供了科学方法.
