火炭母的显微和光谱鉴别

     

摘要

[目的]研究火炭母的生药学特征.[方法]分别对火炭母药材进行性状鉴别和显微鉴别,然后采用紫外-可见分光光度法对火炭母进行生药鉴别研究.[结果]火炭母根横切面皮层狭窄,韧皮部成环;茎中柱鞘纤维波浪状排列成带状;叶主脉维管束2~6个排列成环,2侧均有木化纤维束;叶上表皮具类圆形分泌细胞与多细胞腺毛;下表皮具多细胞腺毛,不等式或不定式气孔多见;粉末中腺毛、分泌细胞、花粉粒、晶鞘纤维、棕色条块和淀粉粒各异;紫外-可见光谱在200~800 nm扫描,发现5种不同的提取液都有吸收峰.[结论]试验研究了火炭母生药学特征,为鉴定、开发利用和制定其质量标准提供参考依据.%[Objective] The aim was to study the pharmacognosy of Polygonum chinense L. [Method] Through microscopic identification and UV-Vis Spectrum, the pharmacognosy of Polygonum chinense L. Was studied. [Result] Cortex of Polygonum chinense L. Was narrow and phloem into ring in the root; The pericycle fibers were arranged in strips in stem. The 2-6 main vein vascular bundled, which both sides of fiber bundle were arranged in a ring, The round secretory cells and multicellular glandular hairs on the Leaf epidermis, the multicellular glandular hairs, and unequal or infinitive hole saw under the skin; palisade tissue of leaf through primary vein. There were many glandular, secreting cell, pollen grains, crystal fiber sheaths, brown compartmentalization, starch grains in the powder. Five kinds of solvent of crude drug had absorption peaks in 200 -800 nm,respectively. [Conclusion] The test studied the characteristics of Polygonum chinense L. And it provided reference for the identification , application and formulation of its quality standard.
