延胡索伪品黄独零余子的鉴别

     

摘要

[目的]对延胡索伪品黄独零余子进行性状、薄层色谱和高效液相色谱鉴别.[方法]采用TLC和HPLC法进行检测;色谱条件:色谱柱为安捷伦HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);以无水甲醇-浓度0.1%磷酸溶液(55∶45,V/V)为流动相;柱温为室温;检测波长为280 nm;进样体积10μl.[结果]延胡索药材切面置紫外灯下显亮金黄色荧光,粉末置紫外灯下亦显亮金黄色荧光;黄独零余子断面置紫外灯下观察显黄绿色荧光,粉末置紫外灯下观察显黄绿色荧光;延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量为0.082%,而黄独零余子未检出延胡索乙素成分,证明黄独零余子中不含延胡索乙素.[结论]市场上出售的黄独零余子不能替代延胡索作药用.%[Objective]The aim was to identify Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang and Dioscorea bulbifera L. By description, TLC and HPLC. [Method] Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang and Dioscorea bulbifera L. Were compared by TLC and HPLC. The chromatogram condition was that the chromatogram colomn was HC-C18(4.6 mm x250 mm, 5 p.m), methanol -0.1% phosphorous acid (55:45, V/V ) moving phase. Column temperature was indoor temperature. Test wavelength was 280 nm. Sample size was 10 μl. [Result] The section of Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang being disposed under ultraviolet lamp was golden yellow, and so was the powder being disposed under ultraviolet lamp. The section of Dioscorea bulbifera L. Under ultraviolet was yellowish green and so was its powder. The content of Tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang was 0.082%. There was no tetrahydropalmatine in Dioscorea bulbifera L.. [Conclusion] Dioscorea bulbifera L. For a drug can not be used as Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. On sale.
