石斛的分类鉴别研究现状

CAULIS DENDROBII was the Chinese traditional medicinal materials, with a wide range of variety on the market, made it difficult to distinguish. The traditional morphology and microscopic identification, component analysis, molecular identify were reviewed, and the research status of all kinds of identification methods were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of them were compared, which can provide references for identification and market standardization of CAULIS DENDROBII and Chinese herbs.%石斛为传统中药材,目前市场上种类繁多真伪难辨.该文对石斛药材的传统形态及显微鉴别、成分分析和分子鉴别方法进行了综述,介绍了各种鉴别方法的研究现状,并对其优缺点进行比较,为当前石斛及中草药的分类鉴别及市场规范提供依据.
