蚕天鹅中灭线磷和乙基谷硫磷检测方法研究

摘要

[目的]建立一种蚕天鹅中灭线磷和乙基谷硫磷2种有机磷农药残留的检测方法.[方法]采用加温振荡萃取、气相色谱-火焰光度检测(GC-FPD)方法对蚕天鹅中灭线磷和乙基谷硫磷残留进行了快速检测.[结果]灭线磷和乙基谷硫磷在0.02～0.80 mg/kg范围内线性关系均良好,相关系数(r2)分别为0.9997和0.9996,检出限分别为0.01和0.02 mg/kg;加标回收率为85％～105％,相对标准偏差为6.4％ ～11.9％.[结论]该方法前处理简单、分析时间短、灵敏度高、回收率好、重现性较好,完全能满足检测要求.%[Objective] The aim was to establish a detection method of ethoprophos and azinphos ethyl in silkworm swan. [Method] Residues of ethoprophos and azinphos ethyl in silkworm swan were detected by using heating oscillation extraction and gas chromatography flame photometric detection (GC-FPD). [Result] Ethoprophos and azinphos ethyl in the range of 0.02 -0. 80 mg/kg showed a good linear relationship, and their correlation coefficients were 0.999 7 and 0.999 6, respectively; their detection limits were 0.01 and 0.02 mg/kg. The recovery of ethoprophos and azinphos ethyl was 85% -105% , and the relative standard deviation was 6.4%-11.9%. [Conclusion] The method has simple pre-treatment, short analysis time, high sensitivity, good recovery and reproducibility, so it can satisfy the requirement of pesticide detection.
