灌南县“903”区域性大暴雨过程诊断分析

         

摘要

采用天气学、物理量诊断等方法,从天气形势、物理量变化入手,分析形成灌南县“903”区域性大暴雨过程的主要原因.结果表明,此次发生在灌南地区的大暴雨是在高空槽东移、西太平洋副高西伸、台风倒槽北上和低层切变配合的环流背景下所产生的.暴雨期间水汽辐合一直维持,为暴雨产生提供了有力的条件.低空辐合、高空辐散和层结不稳定导致垂直运动发展并维持,促成了大暴雨天气过程.灌南发生大暴雨天气过程均与副高的变化有关,要加强对副高变化动态监测,提高大暴雨的监测预警水平和服务能力.%By using synoptic meteorology, physical diagnosis and starting from weather situation and physical change, the main causes for Guannan County "903" regional torrential were analyzed. The results showed that the torrential rain occurred under tjie background of upper trough eastward moving, the western Pacific subtropical high westward extending, typhoon trough northward upgrading and lower shear fit. The maintain of water and vapor convergence provided beneficial conditions for the rainstorm. Low level convergence, upper air divergence and unstable stratification lead to vertical movement and maintained. The monitoring on dynamic change of subtropical high should be strengthened, so as to improve pre-warning level and service ability of torrential rain.
