地方高等农业院校教师课堂教学质量综合评价

     

摘要

According to teachers'classroom teaching quality characteristics of local agricultural universities, combined centered-student withrninstitute experts, peer review, multi-level evaluation system was built. Taking into account the incompatibility and vagueness of the classroomrnteaching quality indicators, the fuzzy element assessment model of classroom teaching quality based on matter-element theory, fuzzy set theoryrnand Euclidean approach degree was presented. Comprehensive weight method was adopted to calculate the index weight coefficient to avoidrnweight distribution problems and too much human judgment of a superior standard of quality of teaching uncertainty. The model was applied tornthe instance, the results of the evaluation were compared with the weighted sum method to verify the validity of the model. The research resultsrnshowed that the fuzzy matter element model for the evaluation of class teaching quality is feasible, and the conclusion is reliable.%针对地方高等农业院校教师课堂教学质量的特征,构建了以学生为主体,学院专家、教师同行评价相结合的多层次评估体系.考虑到教师课堂教学质量指标的模糊性及评价结果的不相容性,构建了基于物元理论、模糊集理论及欧氏贴近度的教师课堂教学质量模糊物元评价模型,运用组合赋权法计算指标的权重系数,避免权重分配问题,以及渗入过多人为因素造成评判标准的不确定性,将该模型运用到实际中,评价结果与加权求和法评价结果一致,验证了该模型的有效性.研究结果表明,模糊物元模型评价高校教师课堂教学质量,方法简便可行,结论可靠.
