绩效管理及其在森林补偿中的应用前景

摘要

介绍了国内外有关绩效管理的概念,对政府绩效管理及林业财政资金绩效管理的国内外现状进行了总结和归纳.虽然森林绩效补偿研究在当前研究文献中不多见,但基于其所具有的解决森林补偿现实难题的独特优势,我国森林绩效补偿有着良好的应用前景.%The concept of performance management at home and abroad was introduced, the present situations of the government performance management and forestry financial performance management at home and abroad were summarized.Although the performance of forest compen-sation research in the current literature does not see more, but because the performance management has a unique advantage to solve the real-istic problems of forest forest compensation, the performance of China's compensation has a good application prospect.
