针对马铃薯全粉生产过程中工艺复杂繁琐且物料损失率高的现状,分析了现有马铃薯全粉加工设备现状,对现有加工设备进行优化,采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)对马铃薯全粉制备过程进行有效控制,保持马铃薯细胞的完整性,提高马铃薯全粉加工的质量和自动化程度.仿真实验结果表明,设计的马铃薯全粉加工控制系统能够简化加工工艺,实现马铃薯全粉的精准加工与物料控制,为马铃薯全粉制备智能化、自动化生产奠定基础,具有较高的实用价值和应用前景.%Aiming at the status of complex and tedious process,high material loss rate in production process of potato powder,the existing processing equipments were analyzed and optimized.PLC was used to control potato powder process,in order to maintain the integrity of potato cells,improve the quality and automation degree of potato power processing.The simulation test results showed that the design of the potato powder processing control system,can reduce the processing technology,realize precision processing and material control for potato powder preparation,lay the foundation for intelligent,automatic production,has high practical value and application prospect.
