滴灌硅肥和氮肥对春小麦品质的影响

摘要

[Objective] To research the effects of drip irrigation of silicon and nitrogen fertilizers on the quality of spring wheat.[Method] Under the planting mode of drip irrigation, we researched the effects of different topdressing treatments on the major quality, farinograph quali-ty parameters and stretching parameters of spring wheat.[ Result] Gluten indexes in drip irrigation treatments of nitrogen and silicon fertilizers were 80.65% and 64.25%, respectively;farinograph quality indexes were 79 and 63;and stretching indexes were 349.7 and 328.7 EU. [ Conclusion] Proper topdressing of nitrogen fertilizer has more significant impacts on the quality of spring wheat than silicon fertilizer.%[目的]研究滴灌硅肥和氮肥对春小麦品质的影响.[方法]在滴灌种植模式下,研究不同追肥处理对春小麦主要品质、粉质参数、拉升参数的影响.[结果]滴灌氮肥和硅肥处理的面筋指数分别为64.25%和80.65%;粉质指数分别为79和63;拉伸指数分别为349.7和328.7 EU.[结论]与滴灌硅肥相比,适量追施氮肥对春小麦品质的影响更显著.
