In order to improve the consumers' cognition of pesticide residue in fruits and vegetables and take highly of the damage about it,this paper carries on a research about two sides. One is about the consumers' understanding and attention degree of pesticide residue,another one is their trust of quality inspection system. It was found that most of the consumers didn't have a right method to clean fruits and vegetables. What' s more,they distrust the quality inspection system after some pesticide poisoning events. Therefore this essay mainly focuses on the data of the re-search to develop the further research and discussion. It shows the facts of the society nowadays and gives the feasible and effective advices.%为了让消费者对果蔬农药残留知识有进一步的认知和了解,增强消费者对农药残留危害的重视,就消费者对果蔬表面农药残留相关知识点了解程度及质检系统信任度展开调查,发现大部分消费者并没有掌握正确清洗果蔬的方法,同时经历一系列农药中毒事件后,消费者对质检体系信任度也有所下降.根据调查结果,提出了提高消费者对果蔬表面农药残留认知及质检系统信任度的可行有效建议.
