导弹预警卫星探测效能评估指标体系构建

摘要

为了正确评估导弹预警卫星探测效能，分析了导弹预警卫星的作战流程，明确了其探测效能评估准则；依据指标体系构建原则，构建了一个由探测能力、识别能力、跟踪定位能力以及预报能力等组成的多层次导弹预警卫星探测效能评估指标体系，并对各指标进行了定义与分析。这为系统全面地评估导弹预警卫星探测效能奠定了基础。%To assess accurately the detection effectiveness of missile early warning satellite, on the basis of the construction rules of index system, this paper analyzes the satellite’s operational process, defines the standards for evaluation of detection effectiveness, sets up a multi-level evaluation index system of missile early warning satellite’s detection effectiveness that is composed of the capabilities of detection, identification, tracking and position as well as early warning and others, and finally defines and analyzes the individual index, thus grounding the overall assessment of missile early warning satellite’s detection effectiveness.
