加强军校模拟训练教学建设的思考

摘要

To improve the simulative training teaching quality and efficiency of military academies, this article analyses some prominent problems exiting in current simulative training teaching, and gives out a few pertinent advices from such five aspects as accelerating construction of simulative training system, regulating teaching organization and execution, intensifying construction of teaching staff, establishing and expanding statute law, exerting functions of simulative training center, which could offer the theoretical support for carrying out the next construction of simulative training teaching.%为提高军校模拟训练教学的质量效益，对当前模拟训练教学存在的突出问题进行了分析，从加快模拟训练系统建设、规范教学组织实施、加强人才队伍建设、建立健全法规制度、发挥模拟训练中心作用等方面提出了针对性建议，可为下一步开展模拟训练教学建设提供理论支撑。
