美军运用大数据促进军事职业教育的做法及启示

摘要

To inquire into the big data’s effect to promote military vocational education, this article focuses on analyzing the US Military’s practice, in terms of learning opportunities, integrated training, teaching quality, curriculum setting and other aspects. According to the present situation of military vocational education in our armed forces, we put forward the developmental countermeasure of our military vocational education under the environment of big data, which has a certain reference for constructing the new talent training system and enriching the military vocational education theory system.%为了探讨运用大数据对军事职业教育的促进作用，从学习机会、融合施训、教学质量、课程设置等方面对美军做法进行了分析；根据我军军事职业教育的现状，提出了大数据环境下我军军事职业教育发展对策。这对构建我军新型人才培养体系、丰富军事职业教育理论体系具有一定的参考价值。
