PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-aging agent which improves the sagging of the skin due to aging, inhibits the production of melanin to impart a feeling of elasticity to the skin, and inhibits blotches. PSOLUTION: Incorporation of Cladonia rangiferina having an effect of promoting the production of the integrin and vinculin of a human fibroblast and an effect of promoting the expression of a sodium-dependent vitamin C transporter (SVCT2) can provide an anti-aging agent which improves the sagging of the skin, inhibits the production of melanin to impart a feeling of elasticity to the skin, and inhibits blotches.
