基于 ANSYS 的农业物料螺旋压榨机螺旋强度分析

         

摘要

压榨螺旋是螺旋压榨机工作装置的基础部件和关键部件之一,其强度是影响压榨性能关键因素。为此,根据压榨螺旋的工作特点及其材料属性的要求,对压榨螺旋进行了理论受力分析,并在此基础上对其进行了有限元分析,最终确定了整个压榨螺旋的受力分布情况;最后,在对螺旋 ANSYS 的后处理结果进行了理论分析,确定在正常的工况下螺旋强度是完全满足工作要求的。本研究可为螺旋压榨机对农业物料进行正常的压榨分离提供保障。%The screw press is mainly composed of power plant , extrusion screw , spiral pipe , press ontology , feed hopper and hopper , etc , and press screw is the basic unit of such screw press working device , and it is the one of the key parts working process .Its strength can meet the requirements of the performance and its squeezing effect is the key factor . Therefore , according to the press screw working characteristics and the material properties , at the request of press screw theory force analysis , based on the finite element analysis , we have determined the whole press screw stress distribution . Finally , based on the helical ANSYS post-processing results and the basis of theoretical analysis , we can determine the screw working in the normal condition .Its strength is completely meeting the job requirements .This research for agricul-ture in screw press for agricultural materials are normal press separation to provide security .
