智能牛奶冰点测试仪控制系统的研究与设计

             

摘要

Based on the shortage of the control system of milk freezing point tester nowadays , a method is put forward to design the system , which is to detection the quality of the milk with the help of the vary of the freezing points .The sys-tem including quartz crystal temperature sensor , plastic amplifying circuit, controller STC11F60XE SCM, keyboard, LCD TFT32245-3.5, mini-printer A9 and alarm circuit.The system can detect, display and print at real-time.The design indicate that the system has the characteristics of small volume, low power consumption, high accuracy, high ability to resist the disturbance, low cost, easy to operate and has a wide application which have a practical significance for milk quality monitoring and food safety .%  根据目前牛奶质量测试仪控制系统存在的不足,提出一种利用冰点检测牛奶质量的方法,研究设计了智能牛奶冰点测试仪控制系统。该系统包括石英晶体温度传感器及整形放大电路、控制器、STC11F60XE 单片机、键盘、液晶显示屏 TFT32245-3.5、微型打印机 A9和报警电路,实时完成检测、显示、打印。研究设计表明,该系统具有体积小、功耗低、精度高、抗干扰能力强、价格低廉、操作简单以及应用范围比较广泛等特点,对牛奶质量监测和牛奶食品安全有实际意义。
