沼气池的结壳及破壳器设计

摘要

Biogas pool running after a period of time , because there is a part of daily into the fermentation material under the action of buoyancy float scruff generated , and the formation of crust .Crusts can lead to pool generated methane con-centration is blocked , the effective volume and gas storage chamber decreases , reduce the utilization rate of raw ma-terials, production reduction .Crust has become the current outstanding problems in the household biogas digester , to some extent , restricted the normal use and promotion of biogas in rural areas .This paper introduces a solution of shell crushing mixer , can the biogas digesters in daily use scum crust is broken , can also be the first investment and mixing work start stage , but also in the methane pool only on sediment mixing , improve the work efficiency of biogas tank car .%沼气池使用一段时间后，由于部分发酵原料在浮力的作用下不断上浮至沼液面上形成浮渣，随着浮渣的不断增加和脱水硬化，进而形成连片的结壳现象。沼气池的结壳导致沼气池内原料利用率和产气率降低，阻碍了农村户用沼气池的正常使用，在一定程度上制约着农村沼气的推广。为此，设计了一种液壳破碎搅拌器，既可以对沼气池日常使用中出现的浮渣结壳进行破碎，也可以进行初次投料启动阶段的搅拌工作，还可以在沼气池大换料时对沉渣进行搅拌，提高沼气池出料车的工作效率。
