畜禽粪便及沼液沼渣固液分离机设计与试验

摘要

In order to solve the raw material processing insufficient , materials caking and the fibrous shape materials block the pump , valve , peripheral equipment and center control equipment in biogas project , a kind of solid-liquid se parator which separate the livestock manure , biogas liquid and biogas residue had been developed .The primary charac-teristics of this equipment are designed float-type screen system , solid depot segment and two stage reducer discharge mechanism .Experimental result shows that this equipment can provide the continuity operating with high separation effi -ciency and quality .The prepared material liquid settled the blocking with improving operational efficiency , which can be applied to biogas project .%为了解决沼气工程中畜禽粪便及沼液沼渣处理不充分、原料结块以及纤维状物体经常给泵、阀、外部和中心控制设备带来的堵塞问题，研制了一种畜禽粪便及沼液沼渣固液分离机。该机主要特点在于设计了浮动式筛网系统、固料积存段和二级减速出料机构。运行结果表明：本机运行连续性好、分离效率高、分离质量好，经过分离后的料液应用在沼气工程中能够较好地解决堵塞问题，从而提高沼气工程连续运行的效率。
