4U-1200马铃薯联合收获机机架的设计与有限元分析

         

摘要

机架是4U-1200马铃薯联合收获机的关键部件,其设计关系到机具的整体机构布置和各个部件的安装以及作业的稳定性。为此,根据该机作业幅宽和系列马铃薯联合收获机模块化设计的原理,对4 U-1200马铃薯联合收获机机架采用Solidworks 焊接工具虚拟设计,并在收获机以3~4.83 km/h 速度作业时应用 Simulation 对设计的模型进行有限元分析,确定力学特性,对薄弱环节进行改进,为物理样机的试制提供理论依据。结果表明:机架设计合理,机架上应力、应变和位移变化合理,分布均匀,满足强度和刚度要求。%The frame was a key component of 4U-1200 potato combine harvester ,which was Related to the arrangement of overall Structure ,the installation of each part and the stability of the job .In the light of operating width and principle of Modular design of series potato combine harvester , the frame was virtually designed by welding tools .Then the model was analyzed by FEA in the condition of 3 km/h~4 .83 km/h walking harvester to determine the mechanical properties and improve the weak links ,which provided a theoretical basis of physical prototypes and trial .The results showed that the design of frame as well as stress、strain and displacement of that was reasonable to meet the strength and stiffness re-quirements .
