2 FK-40型果园开沟施肥机的设计与试验

         

摘要

Against the problem of labor intensity large for red dates and other economic crops grape orchard ditching ferti-lization , artificial efficiency is low , the 2 FK-40 orchard ditching and fertilizing machine has been designed .The ma-chine can complete the set instead of doing ditching , fertilizing , soil covering one continuous operation of artificial , and ditching the crop roots from 50-80cm, ditching the width of 15cm, maximum trenching depth 40cm.The field production experiments indicated that equipment operation speed of 1.6km/h, working hours of pure productivity 0.56hm2/h, fer-tilizer uniformity coefficient of variation is 2 .96%, trenching depth and fertilization can be easily adjusted according to user needs , can meet the economic crops such as grapes , red dates of orchard fertilization agronomic requirements .%针对果园经济作物葡萄、红枣等人工开沟施肥劳动强度大、效率低等问题,设计了2 FK-40型果园开沟施肥机。该机可以代替人工完成集开沟、施肥、覆土一体连续作业,并且开沟距作物根茎50~80 cm,开沟宽度15cm,最大开沟深度40cm。田间试验表明:机具作业速度为1.6km/h,纯工作小时生产率0.56hm2/h,排肥均匀性变异系数2.96%,开沟深度及施肥量可以根据用户需求方便调节,能够满足果园经济作物葡萄、红枣等施肥的农艺要求。
