为农作物浸种实验设计了一种可控磁场磁化水处理装置。装置硬件部分主要采用 PWM 控制方式改变电流大小,从而实现磁场大小的可控性。电压可控范围0~30 V,电流可控范围0~3 A,磁感应强度可控范围0~5000 GS,检测显示电路可精确测量显示电压、电流以及磁感应强度的大小。用该装置产生的磁化水进行农作物浸种实验,实验结果表明:种子在使用1000 GS磁感应强度处理60 min 产生的磁化水浸种12小时的发芽率提高幅度最大。本装置可以满足农作物浸种实验的需求,效果较为明显。%Designed a controlled magnetic water treatment device for crops soaking field experiments .Hardware includes PWM control mode to change the current size to achieve controllable for magnetic field .Voltage controllable range is 0~30 V.Current controllable range is 0~3A.Magnetic induction controllable range is 0~5000GS.Detection display cir-cuit can accurately measure display the size of the voltage , current and magnetic induction .Carrying out crops soaking ex-periments with magnetized water produced by the device .The experimental results shows , the germination rate increase sharpest that the seed use magnetic water soaking 12 hours which is produced by 1000 GS magnetic induction treat 60 min.This device can meet the needs of crops soaking experiments , the effect is more obvious .
