宽幅播种机折叠机架的模态分析

         

摘要

为了得到宽幅播种机折叠机架的振动特性,验证机架的设计是否合理,以自主研发的2 BMZ-13型气吸式免耕精量播种机折叠机架为研究对象,进行了模态振动分析。采用三维建模软件 Pro/E 和有限元仿真分析软件ANSYS Workbench 建立机架的有限元模型,通过模态分析模块得出机架前6阶振型的固有频率、振动方向和极值等振动特性,输出各阶的振形图,并将仿真分析结果与外激频率进行对比。研究结果表明:折叠机架结构设计合理,机架固有频率没有发生重叠且避开了外激频率,避免了共振现象的发生。本研究对提高播种机的播种精度、延长播种机的使用寿命具有重要意义。%In order to get the vibration performance of the broad width planter's folding frame , verify the rationality of the design, the mode analysis of the innovative designed 2BMZ-13 type planter's folding frame was carried out.The 3D modeling software Pro/E and the finite element simulation analysis software ANSYS Workbench was applied to established the finite element model of frame , the vibration performance such as inherent frequency , vibration direction and extre-mum.etc were obtained by modal analysis module , and the comparison between simulation analysis and external excita-tion frequency was conducted .The results prove that the structure design of folding frame is reasonable , frame frequen-cies without overlap and avoids the external excitation frequency ,avoiding the resonance .This study can help improve the seeding precision , prolonging the service life of the seeder .
