容积泵稳压气室稳压特性研究

     

摘要

In order to enrich the design theory of the regulator chamber of the positive displacement diaphragm pump,the effect of the regulator chamber on the pressure fluctuation of the diaphragm pump is further studied.The ZMB240 piston diaphragm pump is used as the research object., The fluctuation characteristics of its steady gas chamber are studied. The three-dimensional finite element analysis model of ZMB 240 piston diaphragm pump with steady gas chamber and without gas pressure chamber was established respectively.Simulation analysis was carried out to monitor the output pres-sure fluctuation in one cycle of the diaphragm pump.Under the simulation results are compared.The results show that the amplitude of the outlet pressure fluctuates 0.284MPa and the nonuniformity is 25.94%when there is no steady gas cham-ber.In the presence of the steady pressure chamber,the initial pressure is 0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6 and 0.7MPa respectively, The amplitude of pressure fluctuation is 0.199、0.154、0.104、0.128 and 0.217MPa, and the nonuniformity is 28.03%、23.44%、16.99%、19.94%and 29.64%.respectively.It is concluded that the existence of the regulator chamber can re-duce the output pressure fluctuation of the diaphragm pump to a certain extent and reduce the amplitude of the outlet pressure pulsation,but the initial pressure of the regulator chamber must match the working pressure of the diaphragm pump.Through the simulation analysis of the pressure fluctuation response characteristics of the regulator chamber, the suppression mechanism of the pressure pulsation of the diaphragm chamber is explained,and its frequency response char-acteristic is obtained,which is provided for the optimal design of the positive pressure chamber.Theoretical guidance.%针对容积式隔膜泵稳压气室工作过程,为丰富容积式隔膜泵稳压气室的设计理论,以ZMB240型活塞式隔膜泵为研究对象,对其稳压气室波动特性展开研究. 分别建立了简化的ZMB240型活塞式隔膜泵带稳压气室和不带稳压气室的三维有限元分析模型,进行仿真分析,监测隔膜泵一个周期内的输出压力波动情况,并将两种情况下仿真结果进行对比.结果表明:不带稳压气室时,出口压力脉动幅度0.284MPa,不均匀度25.94%;有稳压气室存在时,在初始压力分别为0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.7MPa 情况下,压力脉动幅度为0.199、0.154、0.104、0.128、0.217MPa,不均匀度为28.13%、23.44%、16.99%、19.94 %和29.64%.进而得出:稳压气室的存在,能在一定程度上降低隔膜泵输出压力波动,减小出口压力脉动幅度,但是稳压气室的初始压力必须与隔膜泵的工作压力相匹配. 通过对稳压气室的压力波动响应特性仿真分析,解释了稳压气室对隔膜泵输出压力脉动的抑制机理,提高了隔膜泵仿真精度,降低了试验研究成本,为容积式隔膜泵稳压气室的优化设计提供了理论指导.
