不同成熟度核桃振动采摘的最佳频率和振幅的研究

摘要

以核桃果实的振动采摘为研究对象,运用 Pro/E 软件对核桃树体进行三维实体建模,模型重点是同时将果柄和果实加入实体建模中;进而把带有果实和果柄的树体,导入 Workbench 中进行模态分析,得到树体的固有频率和振型.然后,进行谐响应分析.在合适的树体激振高度,施加大小一定但频率不同的激振力,针对多个具有代表性的果柄处进行响应分析,从而得到振动采摘不同成熟度核桃,即果柄联接度不同时所对应的最佳采摘频率,为振动采摘机械的整体设计提供参考.%Taking tree 3D model as object,In the 3D software pro/e 3 d entity modeling was carried out on the tree.At the same time will join the entity modeling of fruit stalk and fruit. Moreover the tree with the fruit and fruit stalk into the workbench of the modal analysis,get a fruit tree and fruit stalk the inherent frequency and vibration model,and then the harmonic response analysis, at the right height position on different size and frequency of exciting force,and in a number of representative fruit stalk response analysis of vibration picking different walnut capability is obtained by the correspond-ing optimal frequency region, to improve the effect of harvest.
