9GMC-100型牧草小麦收割机的设计分析

         

摘要

随着我国社会经济不断发展,农业生产逐渐由小面积生产向大面积种植过渡,手工作业向机械作业方式发展,生产成本极大降低,生产效率显著提升.在此基础上,出现了众多应对不同环境的生产机械,9GMC-100型牧草小麦收割机就是其中一种.为此,对9GMC-100型牧草小麦收割机进行深入分析,重点分析其功率消耗,并就其动力系统方案选择做出验证.在确定9GMC-100型牧草小麦收割机各项设计方案及参数后,对其工作性能和经济性进行验证.在某公司牧草生产处、某县牧草生产基地及某乡村庄3处进行试验研究,对9GMC-100型牧草小麦收割机的机构设计的科学性、工作性能可靠性及对工作环境适应性展开研究,结果表明:9GMC-100型牧草小麦收割机可在不同自然环境下开展作业,工作性能满足实际需求.%With China's social and economic development, agricultural production gradually from the small area of the original production to plant a large area of excessive manual operation to mechanical operation, the production cost is greatly reduced, the production efficiency significantly improved.On this basis, there are many production machinery to deal with different environment, 9GMC-100 type of forage harvester is one kind of.This paper mainly carries on the thorough analysis of 9GMC-100 forage wheat harvester, research on the working performance of the harvester performance and to achieve, focuses on the analysis of power consumption of 9GMC-100 type wheat forage harvester, and the power system to verify.After determining the design scheme and parameters of the 9GMC-100 type forage wheat harvester, the working performance and economic performance were verified.To test on the practice in a company, a forage grass production production base, a township village three, the 9GMC-100 type forage wheat harvester design scientific work, performance reliability and environmental adaptability of work study, the experimental results show that the 9GMC-100 type wheat forage harvester can expand operations in different natural environment, work the performance meets the actual needs.
