目的：探讨护理干预对家庭肠内营养的生存质量的应用影响。方法选取收治的长期鼻饲已发生吸入性肺炎患者34例，采取护理干预，观察比较干预前及干预后患者吸入性肺炎发生率、再住院率。结果干预后研究组吸入性肺炎发生率5．80％低于对照组24．64％，（χ2＝5．981，P＜0．05）；人均住院费用研究组（15235．6±943．1）元低于对照组（18653．3±926．8）元（t＝21．4703，P＜0．01），差异均有统计学意义。结论通过建立从综合医院、社区医疗机构到家庭的连续护理干预模式对病人家属进行有效的干预及指导，有效减少吸入性肺炎的发生率，减少再住院率，提高病人的生存质量，减少医疗费用的支出，减少病人家庭的经济负担。%Objective To study the application and effect of the nursing intervention on the life quality of home en-teral nutrition.Methods Selecting 34 cases of patients with aspiration pneumonia due to nasal feeding for long time in hospital, by means of nursing intervention to them, observe and compare the incidence of aspiration pneumonia for the patients and the probability of their re-admission to hospital before and after intervention.Results The incidence of as-piration pneumonia of patients in the study group through intervention is 5.80%, which is lower than that of the compari-son group 24.64%(χ2 =5.981,P<0.05), the average cost in hospital for each patient is 15 235.6 ±943.1 yuan RMB for the study group, which is lower than that of the comparison group 18653.3 ±926.8 yuan RMB ( t=21.470 3,P<0.01) , the difference of both indicators has statistical meaning.Conclusions Through establishing continuous nursing intervention modes from general hospital and community medical service to family care, providing care and intervention instructions to family member of the patient, the incidence of aspiration pneumonia of patients can be effectively reduced, re-admission to hospital decreased, quality of life of the patients improved, the medical cost reduced and the economic burden of the patient′s family reduced as well.
