阴道镜检查与宫颈病理结合诊断宫颈疾病的临床分析

Objective Research of colposcopy and cervical pathology binding in the diagnosis of cervical disease clinical application value.Methods The clinical data of 390 cases underwent colposcopy and pathologic results of cer-vical diseases were retrospectively analyzed, the correlation analysis between the two colposcopy and pathological exami-nation diagnosis and its clinical significance.Results Cervicitis endoscopic performance is mainly mild acetowhite epi-thelium, abnormal gland openings, punctate vessels.And cervical precancerous lesions with thick acetowhite epithelium, leukoplakia, punctate vessels, mosaic, abnormal vascular mainly.Colposcopy and pathological diagnosis rate was 63.08%, there was statistical significance between the two results (χ2 =168.481 2,P=0.000).Conclusions The use of electronic colposcopy and make RCI score analysis of cervical lesions, to improve has important value of clinical application of the detection rate of cervical CIN.%目的：研究阴道镜检查与宫颈病理结合对诊断宫颈疾病的临床应用价值。方法对390例行阴道镜检查且有病理结果的宫颈疾病患者的临床资料进行分析，分析阴道镜图像与病理检查诊断两者之间的相关性以及对临床的指导意义。结果宫颈炎症镜下的表现主要是轻度醋酸白色上皮、异常腺开口、点状血管。而宫颈癌前病变则以厚的醋酸白色上皮、白斑、点状血管、镶嵌、异形血管为主。阴道镜与病理诊断符合率为63.08％，两者之间的结果有统计学意义（χ2＝168.4812，P＝0.000）。结论利用电子阴道镜检查并做出RCI评分来分析宫颈病变，对提高宫颈CIN的检出率具有重要的临床应用价值。
