西方现代学徒制的特色及其对新型职业农民培育的启示

摘要

Cultivating new professional farmers is directly related to the process of agricultural mod-ernization and the important strategy of transfer of rural labor force effectively,and the characteristics of western modern apprenticeship system have important revelation to the cultivation of new professional farmer.In the light of the characteristics of western modern apprenticeship system,the corresponding measures should be taken in the development of new professional farmer,including the introduction of relevant legislation to guarantee the implementation of the new type farmer cultivation;encourage the multi participation to realize the diversification of the participating subj ects;highlighting the subj ectivity,cultivating professional identity ,emphasising on “doing secondary school”,creating learning places that workplace;establishing the relevant qualification system,improving the relevant professional qualification system.%新型职业农民培育关乎我国农业现代化的进程，关系着农村劳动力有效转移的重要战略，西方现代学徒制的特色对于新型职业农民培育有着重要的启示。借鉴西方现代学徒制的特色，培育新型职业农民应采取相应措施，包括出台相关法律，保障新型职业农民培育的实施；鼓励多方参与，实现参与主体的多元化；彰显主体性，培养职业认同感；强调“做中学”，营造学习场所；建立资格认证制度，完善相关职业资格体系。
