基于群体共识达成法的兵棋推演规则优化方法

摘要

The wargame rules must be continuously optimized so as to develop a scientific and practical wargame system.Therefore, this paper applies group consensus approach to quantify the optimization pro -posal by experts and uses correlation matrix method to evaluate and analyze the proposal to reach a con -sensus on the rules of content optimization .Finally, taking the communication wargame rules of army tactical level as example, the method is validated.The result shows that the method can accurately determinethe optimal direction, and greatly improve the efficiency of optimization , which provides an effectivemeans of quantitative analysis for the further study of wargame rules optimization .%为了开发科学实用的兵棋系统，必须对兵棋推演规则不断进行优化。为此，引入群体共识达成法，将专家的优化提案进行量化分析，利用关联矩阵法对提案进行评价分析，以达成对规则内容优化的共识。最后，以陆军战术级兵棋的通信推演规则优化为例对该方法进行了验证，结果表明：该方法能准确地确定优化方向，极大地提高了优化效率，为兵棋推演规则优化的深入研究提供了一种有效的量化分析手段。
