The disclosed embodiments relate to systems, methods, and devices that implement models of intelligent consensus, smart consensus, and weighted consensus for distributed ledger technology in cloud-based computing environments. Other embodiments include means for implementing document interfaces and collaborations using Quipchain, means for implementing supercommunities and community sidechains with consent management for distributed ledger technology, and virtual for distributed ledger technology. It relates to a means to realize a chain model and a means to realize a smart flow contract using the division ledger technology.
