Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment strategies of iatrogenic injury in choledocho-pancreatico-duodenal junction. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients in our hospital with iatrogenic injury in choledocho-pancreatico-duodenal junction were analyzed. Results All patients were diagnosed and treated timely. Iatrogenic injury in choledocho-pancreatico-duodenal junction occurred in 4 cases after stone removal by endoscopic sphincterotomy, and in 5 cases due to rough handling in the operation of bile duct exploration surgery using Bakes bougie. Eight cases were cured, and there was one death. Conclusion It is essential to prevent iatrogenic injury in choledocho-pancreatico-duodenal junction. Timely diagnosis and accurate judgment are the key and it is difficult to give a reasonable choice of treatment.%目的 探讨Vater壶腹部胆、胰管损伤的诊治策略.方法 总结9例Vater壶腹部胆、胰管损伤者的临床资料.结果 均及时诊治,内镜下十二指肠乳头切开取石后Vater壶腹部胆、胰管损伤4例,开腹胆管探查术时Bakes探条粗暴操作损伤5例.痊愈8例,死亡1例.结论 预防发生Vater壶腹部胆、胰管损伤至关重要；及时诊断、准确判断是关键,合理选择治疗手段是难点.
