核干细胞因子在肝癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective To study the expression of nucleostemin ( NS) in hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of neclostemin protein was detected in 50 cases of HCC tissue. 10 cases of normal liver tissue and 10 cases of hemangiomas by using immu-nohistochemistry (SABC) under the light microscopy. Results There was statistically significant difference in the positive expression of NS between HCC tissue and normal control tissue (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of NS was related with pathological grades and metastasis of HCC (P< 0.05), but not with age or gender of HCC patients (P>(). 05). Conclusion NS was highly expressed in HCC, and its expression was related with pathological grades and metastasis of HCC, suggesting the important role of NS in the pathogenesis of HCC.%目的 研究核干细胞因子蛋白(nucleostemin)在肝癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学(SABC法)检测50例肝癌组织,10例正常肝组织,10例肝血管瘤组织中核干细胞因子蛋白的表达;在光镜下观察核干细胞因子蛋白表达情况.结果 核干细胞因子蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达明显高于正常肝组织及肝血管瘤组织(P＜0.05),同肝癌的病理分级及有无转移有关,在中低分化肝癌组织和有门静脉癌栓的肝癌组织中高表达(P＜0.05),与病人的年龄、性别无相关性(P＞0.05).结论 核干细胞因子蛋白在肝癌组织中高表达且同肝癌的病理分级及有无转移有关,提示其可能在肝癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要促进作用.
