肝细胞癌解剖性肝切除进展

摘要

在我国,肝细胞癌是一种仅次于肺癌、胃癌的常见恶性肿瘤,新发病例及死亡病例居世界之首.肝细胞癌的治疗方案众多,主要可以分为手术治疗和非手术治疗.手术治疗主要有解剖性肝切除和非解剖性肝切除.本文就肝细胞癌解剖性肝切除术的手术适应证、手术方式及手术效果等方面的研究进展作一综述.%In China,hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors after lung cancer and gastric cancer.The new cases and deaths are the first in the world.There are many treatment methods for HCC:surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.Surgical treatment mainly includes anatomic hepatectomy and non-anatomical hepatectomy.In this paper,surgery indications,and methods and effects of anatomical resection for HCC are summarized.
