水利水电行业造价指数体系的探讨

摘要

This paper analyzes the system structure and status of water conservancy and hydropowerconstruc-tion cost management aspects in China,and analyzes the current management systemdeficiencies,based on the experience in the same field of advanced development from home and abroad,It put forward how to establish a Water hydropower project price index system approach to improve and enrich the existing quota system cur-rently,and explained and analyzes its credibility and importance.%　　本文分析我国国内在水利水电造价管理方面的体系构造及现状，并分析了目前管理体系存在的不足，同时在借鉴国内外同一领域先进发展经验的基础上，提出了如何建立一套水利水电工程价格指数体系的方法，以完善和充实目前现有的定额体系，并对其可信性和重要性进行了分析和阐述。
