目的:探讨对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者围术期应用快速康复外科 (FTS) 处理对临床效果的影响情况.方法:选取50例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者作为临床研究对象, 采用随机数字表法分为对照组 (常规围术期处理干预) 25例和观察组 (FTS围术期处理干预) 25例, 对比干预后患者的临床疗效.结果:干预后, 观察组患者的进食时间、术后住院时间、肠蠕动恢复时间以及住院费用显著短于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论:对于腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者, 围术期采用FTS干预处理, 可有效提高患者的治疗疗效, 值得广泛推广应用于临床.%Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative application of rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) on clinical outcomes of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods 50 cases of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were selected as the clinical research object. The patients were divided into control group (routine perioperative treatment intervention, 25 cases) and observation group [rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) perioperative treatment intervention, 25 cases]. The clinical efficacy of the patients after intervention was compared. Results After intervention, the time of eating, hospitalization, recovery of intestinal peristalsis and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer, perioperative intervention with fast rehabilitation surgery (FTS) can effectively improve the curative effect of patients, and is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
