Objective To investigate the nasal endoscopic combined with low temperature plasma radio frequency ablation clinical efficacy in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation.Methods 146 cases of allergic rhinitis patients with nasal septum surgery plus radiofrequency ablation for inferior turbinate in endoscopic nasal septum,patients were followed up for 1 years,according to the standard of curative effect evaluation of Lanzhou conference,to evaluate its therapeutic effect by scoring method.Results The effective 53.4%,effective 24.7%,invalid 21.9%,the total effective rate was 78.1%.Effect evaluation shows before treatment for (10.67±2.48),1 years after treatment for (5.43±1.07),a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P展开▼
