阿米替林联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效

摘要

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of flunarizine hydrochloride in amitriptyline in the treatment of mi-graine. Method 60 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,The patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,The patients in the treatment group were treated with the same as control group and added theami-triptylinen. the clinical effect was compared between two groups after treatment. Results The treatment group was better than control group, According to the statistical analysis,The differences between the two groups are significant( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion The curative effect of amitriptyline hydrochloride combined with flunarizine in the treatment of migraine is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨阿米替林联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：60例偏头痛患者随机分为两组，对照组患者予以盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用阿米替林。比较2组治疗后的临床疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：阿米替林联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛疗效确切，安全可靠，值得临床应用推广。
