目的：探讨外固定支架和钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效，进一步指导临床。方法：选取胫骨骨折患者85例，按照随机对照的原则，将患者分为两组，观察组43例，对照组42例，观察组患者给予外固定支架治疗，对照组患者给予钢板内固定治疗，观察两组的临床疗效、手术时间以及术后并发症发生情况。结果：观察组的临床疗效、手术时间、术后并发症等情况与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：外固定支架治疗胫骨骨折临床疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of external fixation and plates internal fixation in the treatment of tibial fracture, so as to provide guidance in clinic. Method 85 patients with tibial fracture who were treated were selected as the study objects,and they divided were into two groups by random control principle,the observation group(43 cases)was treated by external fixation,the control group (42 cases)was treated by plates internal fixation,clinical efficacy,operation time and postoperative complications of two groups were ob-served. Results The clinical efficacy,operation time and postoperative complications of observation group had significant differences with that of control group,the result was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of external fixation in the treat-ment of tibial fracture is accurate,which worthy of being promoted and applied in clinic.
