下肢动脉硬化闭塞症三维对比增强 MRA 的护理干预

摘要

Objective To explore the nursing intervention of lower extremity arterial by 3D contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angi-ography and the influence on the success rate of inspection. Method Based 72 MRI our hospital' patients who suspected lower extremity ar-terial occlusion,we analysed three dimensional contrast enhanced nursing methods ofmagnetic resonance angiography examination and its effect on image quality. Results In all assessed 864 segmental artery of 72 patients,the 824 segment artery showed satisfactory(95. 4% ), and 40 calf arteries cannot be diagnosed(4. 6% ). Conclusion The evaluation of the patients before check,the implementation of targeted nursing intervention,the success of placing the venous indwelling needle,and the time and velocity of injection contrast agent have great di-rect impact on the quality of the image.%目的：探讨下肢动脉三维对比增强磁共振血管成像护理干预的方法以及对检查成功率的影响。方法：以在我院行磁共振检查的72例临床怀疑下肢动脉闭塞症的患者为对象，分析下肢动脉三维对比增强磁共振血管成像检查中护理干预的方法及其对图像质量的影响。结果：72例共864段动脉接受评估。824段动脉显示满意（95.4%），40段小腿动脉的显示结果无法诊断（4.6%）。结论：检查前评估患者并实施有针对性的护理干预、静脉留置针的成功放置、对比剂注入的时间与速度都直接影响图像的质量。
