预见性护理在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的效果观察

摘要

Objective To approach result of of breast cancer patients by predictive nursing in peri operation period. Method To analyze 60 cases breast cancer patients clinical data was detected which was to be divided into control group 30 cases and detection group 30 ca-ses. Results The effect of postoperative recovery of upper limb function of detection group was better than control group,the difference were statistical significance(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The restoration of limb function in patients after operation of breast cancer patients by pre-dictive nursing in peri operation period is improved,the quality of life is increased,which is to be used.%目的：探讨预见性护理在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的效果。方法：分析60例乳腺癌患者临床资料，依据护理方法不同进行临床分组，比较其效果。结果：观察组乳腺癌患者术后上肢功能恢复效果明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：预见性护理在乳腺癌患者围手术期应用后可以有效地促进患者术后肢体功能恢复，提高生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
