目的：探讨儿童鼠伤寒沙门菌败血症的临床特点及疗效。方法：对确诊为鼠伤寒沙门菌败血症的24例儿童患者进行回顾性分析，研究其临床表现及疗效。结果：婴幼儿多见，平均年龄9个月，主要表现为发热、消化道症状，外周血白细胞16例（66.7%）正常、2例（8.33%）减少，6例增高（25%），临床分离株对头孢他啶、头孢噻肟、头孢吡肟、左氧氟沙星、亚胺培南敏感率分别为83.3%、87.5%、91.7%、66.7%、100%，24例初治均采用头孢曲松钠，22例血培养正常，2例仍为阳性，根据药物敏感试验选用抗生素治疗后均治愈。结论：头孢三代耐药率相对较低，是治疗婴幼儿鼠伤寒沙门菌败血症的首选药物。%ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of Salmonella typhimurium septicemia in children. Methods24 patients diagnosed as children with Salmonella typhimurium septicemia were analyzed retrospectively,to study the clinical manifestation and treatment effect.ResultsChildren see more,with an average age of 9 months,the main manifestations were fever,gastrointestinal symptoms,peripheral white blood cells in 16 patients(66.7%),2 cases of normal(8.33%) decreased,increased in 6 patients(25%),clinical isolates to ceftazidime,cefotaxime,cefepime,left oxygenfluorine Sha Xing,imipenem susceptibility rates were 83.3%,87.5%,91.7%,66.7%,100%,24 patients with the initial treatment with ceftriaxone sodium,blood culture in 22 cases of normal,2 cases remained positive,according to the drug sensitive test,use of antibiotics were cured.ConclusionThree generations of cephalosporins resistant rate is relatively low, is the drug of choice for the treatment of infants with Salmonella typhimurium septicemia.
