护理干预联合低张力水充盈 CT增强扫描对胃肿瘤影像质量的影响

摘要

Objective To evaluate tje effect of nursing intervention combined witj jypotonic water filling enjanced CT scan diagnosis for gastric tumors. Method 100 patients witj gastric tumors underwent constrast enjanced CT scan were randomly divided into two groups:tje experimental group and tje control group. All patients were given jypotonic water filling metjods. 50 cases of tje control group were giv-en psycjological nursing and were told about examination introduction before CT scan. 50 cases of tje experimental group were given nurs-ing intervention during tje wjole process. Results Tje margin of gastric walls were well defined in experimental group. Image quality was significantly better in tje experimental group tjan tjat of tje control group( P<0. 05). Patient compliance were better in tje experimental group tjan tjat of tje control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention combined jypotonic agent filling metjod in tje Enjanced CT can improve tje diagnosis of gastric tumors.%目的：探讨通过护理干预联合低张力水充盈CT增强扫描对胃肿瘤诊断的影响。方法：将100例行CT增强扫描的胃肿瘤患者随机分两组，扫描前均行低张力水充盈。对照组50例于检查前予心理护理及检查介绍；观察组给予增强扫描前、中、后全过程中实施护理干预。结果：观察组50例患者胃壁轮廓显示清晰，质量优良，患者的依从性及影像质量优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论：护理干预联合低张力水充盈CT增强扫描可提高胃肿瘤的影像质量。
