肺癌术后肺不张的诊治分析

摘要

目的：总结分析肺癌术后肺不张的诊断及治疗体会。方法：对31例肺癌术后肺不张患者的诊断及治疗体会进行治疗。方法：包括纤维支气管镜吸痰、沐舒坦雾化吸入，对抗感染、祛痰、化痰等进行治疗。让患者多咯痰，吹气球、深呼吸。对胸腔积液相对较多的患者，行胸腔穿刺或放引流管，吸取积液。结果：31例肺癌术后肺不张患者的肺叶均得到了良好的膨胀，肺叶复张率为100%。肺叶完全复张时间5 h～4 d，平均（1.2±0.5）d。有1例患者发生肺部感染，经对症治疗后痊愈。结论：通过及时的诊断和有效的治疗，患者肺部组织可以得到足够的膨胀，扩充了通气量，改善了患者的病情并顺利度过围手术期。%Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of atelectasis after lung cancer.Methods 31 patients of lung cancer with postoperative pulmonary atelectasis were brought into study,and the diagnosis and treatment experience were analyzed.We used fiber bronchoscopic suctioning,ambroxol atomization inhalation treatment,active treatment of resistance to infection,eliminating phlegm,phlegm and other symptomatic treatment.We encourage patients to sputum,deep breathing,and balloon blowing exercise.The patients with a large amount of pleural effusion had drainage or thorax puncture,and drew out of effusion.Results 31 cases of lung cancer patients with pulmonary atelectasis had a good expansion in lobe,and the lobar reexpansion rate was 100%.The complete expansion time of Lobectomy was 5 h~4 d,with the average value of (1.2±0.5)d.There are 1 cases with pulmonary infection,who recovered after treatment.Conclusion Through timely diagnosis and effective treatment,pulmonary tissue of patients can be obtained with enough expansion,the ventilation are expanded.The patient's condition are improved and they passed through operation period favourably.
