目的：探讨最佳的责任制整体护理晨间查房方式及方法，保障和提高护理工作质量。方法：制定下发规范化手册，重点抓落实，建立监督机制，及时反馈整改。结果：规范前、后进行对比晨查房各项检查指标，存在问题明显减少。数据处理采用 SPSS11.0软件进行χ2检验，P ﹤0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论：通过规范化晨间查房提高护士长及护士的责任心，拓展了业务知识，提高了综合素质；提高病房管理；提高了护士对重点交接患者的观察及护理能力；解决患者在院期间的实际困难，提高患者满意度；互相学习，取长补短，提高护士长工作能力；有利于对年轻护士的培训。%Objective To investigate the responsibility system holistic nursing care of morning rounds and method,guarantee and im-prove the quality of nursing work. Method To formulate and issue a standardized manual,focus on implementation,establish supervision mechanism,timely feedback rectification of department. Results Specification before and after comparing the morning ward round the exam-ination indexes,problems decreased significantly. Data processing,using SPSS11. 0 software to χ2 test,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Through standardized morning ward round to improve the head nurse and nurses sense of responsibility,ex-pand the business knowledge,improve the comprehensive quality,improve the ward management,To improve the nurse to the Key handover patient's ability to observe and care,Solve the practical difficulties during patient in the hospital,improve patient satisfaction,learning from each other,complement each other,improve the head nurse work ability,is advantageous to the training of young nurses.
