责任制在口腔科器械规范化管理中的应用

摘要

：Objective To investigate the efficacy of responsibility system in standardized management of dental instruments. Methods 〓The standardized responsibility system was adopted to regulate and optimize the management progress of dental instruments. The loss rate of dental instruments, acceptance rate and job autonomy of nurses were observed after implementation of standardized responsibility system(from January, 2016 to December 2016), and compared with those before implementation of standardized responsibility system(from January, 2015 to December 2015). Results 〓After the implementation of standardized responsibility system, The monthly loss rate of dental instruments dropped from 6.90‰ to 0.82‰, the acceptance rate increased from 84.55% to 98.45%, and the score of job autonomy assessment increased from(80.32±6.00)to(90.80±2.34), with significant differences(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The responsibility system is effective to standardize the management progress of dental instruments, reduce the medical loss cost and improve the job autonomy of nurses.
