目的：对比刮治术与开窗引流术用于治疗颌骨囊肿的临床疗效及预后情况。方法：选取颌骨囊肿患者50例，随机分为 A，B 两组，每组各25例，分别采取刮治术和开窗引流术进行治疗，术后对两组患者手术情况、术后并发症及复发人数等指标进行对比。结果：采用开窗引流术（B 组）患者手术时间，术中出血量、术后疼痛和感染及复发率等指标均明显低于采用刮治术患者（A组），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：临床实施开窗引流术治疗颌骨囊肿，相比传统刮治术缩短了手术时间，减少创伤，降低术后并发症发生率，术后恢复良好。%Objective To compare the therapeutic effects and prognosis of curettage and fenestration for treating cysts of jaw. Method 50 ca-ses with jaw cyst were selected and divided into two groups(A and B)randomly,A group 25 patients were performed curettage operation,while B group 25 patients conducted fenestration. And to compare two group patients operation time,postoperative complications and rate of recur-rence. Results The operation time,bleeding amount in operation,postoperative pain and infection of B group was apparently less than that of group A,which had statistical significance(P <0. 05). Conclusion Compared with traditional jaw cyst curettage,fenestration technique treating jaw cyst can reduce the operation time and the wound,and effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications. Which has a good prognosis.
