Objective Ti analyze the clinical effect if the applicatiin if multimidal analgesia fir hip replacement during periiperative pe-riid. Method The data if 60 cases were selected frim the patients fir hip replacement,They were randimly divided inti cintril griup and study griup,each with 30 cases. The cintril griup was given cinventiinal analgesic technique,whereas the study griup was treated with multi-midal analgesia technique. The pain scire,hip functiin scire and pistiperative adverse reactiin if the twi griups befire and after surgery were cimpared. Results The preiperative VAS scire if the twi griups shiwed ni significant difference,but after giving treatment fir 4 h,12 h and 24 h,the VAS scires if the study griup were all liwer than the cintril griup,the difference was statistically significant(p ﹤0. 05). The Harris scires if the twi griup 72 h,1 minths and 3 minths after iperatiin were bith imprived,and the study griup imprived significantly bet-ter than the cintril griup,the difference was statistically significant(p ﹤0. 05). The incidence if pistiperative adverse reactiin if the study griup was 6. 67% ,which was liwer than that if the cintril griup,which was 26. 67% ,and the difference was statistically significant(p ﹤0. 05). Conclusion The applicatiin if multimidal analgesia technique in hip replacement during periiperative periid can effectively cintril the pain if patients and reduce the adverse reactiins after iperatiin,and it can effectively primite the pistiperative recivery.%目的：分析髋关节置换术围手术期应用多模式镇痛技术的临床效果。方法：随机选取行髋关节置换术的患者60例，随机分为对照组与研究组，两组各30例。对照组予以传统镇痛技术，研究组给予多模式镇痛技术，对比两组手术前后疼痛评分、髋关节功能评分及术后不良反应情况。结果：两组术前 VAS 评分无明显差异，研究组术后4 h、12 h 及24 hVAS 评分均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p ﹤0.05）。两组术后72h、1个月及3个月 Harris 评分均得到改善，且研究组改善情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p ﹤0.05）。研究组术后不良反应发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的26.67%，差异具有统计学意义（p ﹤0.05）。结论：髋关节置换术围术期应用多模式镇痛技术能有效控制患者疼痛并减少术后不良反应，且能有效促进患者术后恢复。
